We'd like to gage the interest in doing a photo scavenger hunt for Halloween, either on actual Halloween night or the weekend before. The basic idea is to meet with a group of people 2 to 4 for your team. At the meeting point all the teams will get the list of for the hunt. The team would then collect the photos on the list and return to the meeting point at a specified time. Likely the event would last 2 to 3 hours. The rules would likely require the team to stay together as a group. The photos could be taken on a digital camera or cell phone and various points would be given for the difficulty of each photo. There might also be some side contests just to make it interesting.
Teams would have an entry fee of about $20. Cash prizes could be awarded to the top three teams based on the number of teams the prize would be larger or smaller. We might also have some additional prizes donated by sponsors.
We would need the teams to sign up before the event though some could be entered at the event. Team members would not have to be involved in East Coast Domestics to be eligible.
