Low oil presure at the lifter will cause it

1. checked the lifters: pumping oil great.
2.oil pressure at 30psi.
3.it's only the right side of the motor left side runs great.
4.it's most of the ones on the right side.
could it be the spin on the earth slings all the oil to the driver's side?

finally got time to examine, oil is visible in lifter galley, but not pumping through pushrod, ever seen this happen?

A blow soft plug will do that or a cloged oiling main

wouldn't i have lost oil press w/ a blown plug? and oil comes up if i rev it.

Next step is to get a manuel guage and chek the presure at the top of the motor

tis pumping, very slowly. oil dropped to about 35 at idle 40-45 at cruise.but it still isn't spraying across the engine bay as typical.

I would start with a new pump

Isn't the oil pump gear driven. I would think if it was a pump it would just stop. Not working marginally.
Or am I stupid.
Edit: I was stupid. It was explained today how the pump works. But with the pump being so new I have no idea.

lifters weren't charging, recharged them with lithium and they are pumping great, but still a minor tick, drive it till it blows! and then build a 400+ small block. :D
