LOL! i found out something very funny today when i was looking through my extra nos jets today! i was comparing them to the ones i just ordered, so we could lean her out alittle. and to my suprise!!! i had the 100hp nos jet in the car not the 125hp like i thought i put in. i know i'm a dumba$$!!!! but this is good news, as i have 25hp more waiting for next time!!

Thats the dif between being able to lock em in 3rd and locking the converter,` and not being able to. Locking em up is just like running a manual.

i can't wait to get the new v/springs and the 52mm t/b installed so we can retune her. i have 8 new jets for the nos coming too. she runs strong as hell now! and will run a touch stronger shortly! think i will see some high to mid 11's??

No, its the difference in LT1 and LS1. The scanner I use on your car wont let me override the car kicking out the TCC under WOT.
I can lock your converter, but as soon as I nail it, the PCM unlocks it. Unless I start the pull from way up high, like 4000 rpms. Then even still, it sometimes unlocks itself.
On the LS1s, you can force it to stay in 3rd and locked converter. But I have had converters that the clutch wasnt too good, come unlocked.
